Diocletian is a data engineering company focused on industrial and supply chain systems. We exist because the space between software systems is where most organisations lose the most value.
Diocletian was founded by engineers who spent years inside large organisations watching the same pattern repeat: a new system gets bought, it works in isolation, but the connections between systems become a tangle of spreadsheets, macros, and manual adjustments that nobody owns and everyone depends on.
We started Diocletian to solve that problem directly — not by selling another software product, but by building the connective infrastructure that makes existing systems work together. The Unified Namespace isn't a product we sell. It's an architecture we implement, customised to each client's reality.
Founded in 2024 and based in Donostia, Spain, Diocletian brings this philosophy to industrial and supply chain organisations across Europe. We are a small team with deep expertise — and every person here has built systems in production.
The right architecture with modest tools will always outperform the wrong architecture with best-in-class software. We focus on structure.
No AI model can extract truth from contaminated data. Fix the inputs before optimising the algorithms. Data quality is the foundation.
Everything we build uses open protocols and documented architectures. You own what we build. No lock-in, no black boxes.
We choose tools based on reliability, community support, and openness — not vendor relationships.
